- Reliable mail/package collection
- Weekly property inspection services which include checking for vandalism or damage; check windows and doors to ensure they are properly secured and/or locked; ensure security system is armed or disarmed as appropriate
- Run dishwashers, sinks, garbage disposals, showers and flush toilets
- Check interior and exterior for leaks
- Maintain trickle chargers and start vehicles as needed
- Take out and bring in trash and recycle cans
- Walk interior and exterior of home weekly to identify areas in need of attention and suggest repairs and/or preventative maintenance
- Replace lightbulbs as needed
- Replace home air filters every 3 months
- Replace batteries in smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors bi-annually
